What a great start to what looks like is going to be a great weekend.

Met up with a high school friend of mine I haven't seen for ages. We had so much fun catching up that I even broke my Lent fast *bows head in shame*

Today I was invited to what was meant to be a "sailors" themed party, and i used the word "meant" because only a handful respected the theme...not even the person hosting the patty was dressed as per his own invitation. 0_o Epic fail!

That said though, the party wasn't bad at all...lots of interesting people doing the strangest things. Lol

Went to Panyaza for some braai vleis (BBQ) n a nice Sunday chill out session. Must say though, the new venue has a totally different vibe to the old one, and not for the positive *hides* lol. That said, I still had a great time and the food was well yum.

This outfit was perfect for the heat and occasion- RME and lol. The turban was inspired by naturalbelle's YouTube clips (whose awesome blog you can check out on www.hairspiration.blogspot.com)...you can thank me later ;)
